Have you said goodbye to Ian Gruffudd,  Jessica Alba,  Chris Evans, Michael Chiklis and Julian McMahon?… Maybe not yet but it’s time to focus on who will be the next  The Fantastic Four.

The rumors are moving very fast.

Michael B. Jordan is the only actor attached at this point as the Human Torch (I don’t know if I’m ready to see  jump down a ski mountain burning naked in the snow someone that is not Chris Evans)

THR reports that testing is happening this week for Sue Storm, Mr. Fantastic and Ben Grimm (The Thing).

Saoirse Ronan and Kit Harington are out. But are still in Miles Teller, really close to be Mr. Fantastic and Kate Mara. She has now also Emmy Rossum competition.

THR reporting British actor Christian Cooke tested for the part this week.

Emily Rossum after “The Phantom of the Opera” has found success on television as the star of “Shameless” and on the big screen in “Beautiful Creatures” with Jeremy Irons.

Christian Cooke was recently on the big screen in Carlo Carlei’s Romeo and Juliet (in which he played Mercutio). He was also recently shortlisted for another Fox comic book adaptation, Matthew Vaughn’s “The Secret Service.”

Cooke starred on Starz series “Magic City” (of which it has just been announced the cancellation after the first season).

He will be soon on the big screen again in the romantic drama “Love, Rosie” opposite Sam Claflin and Lily Collins.
