The Quiet Ones: the new movie with Sam Claflin is coming to town

Hammer’s The Quiet Ones is ready to be released in April. After the official trailer, 3 different posters.

Golden moment for Catching Fire “Sugarcube” star Sam Claflin.

While Hunger magazine issue with him  on the cover becomes increasingly hard to find. And while the young Londoner prepares himself to attend the most important evening of the year in the British capital: the BAFTAs Night, the trailer of his new movie is near to reach 21,000 views on YouTube.

poster 3The Quiet Ones is written and directed by John Pogue (Quarantine 2).

The film is also starred Jared Harris (Mad Men), Erin Richards (Being Human), Olivia Cooke (The Secret of Crickley Hall) and West End theatre actor Rory Fleck-Byrne.

Inspired by true events The Quiet Ones tells the story of an unorthodox professor who recruits his best students for terrifying and  secret experiments outside the university attivity.

These controversial methods have the purpose to create a poltergeist.

Based on the theory that paranormal activity is caused by human negative energy, they perform horrible tests on a young patient, pushing her to the edge of sanity.

poster 2They will soon be forced to realize that they have unleashed a force much bigger and more terrifying than they ever could have imagined.

Sam Claflin is Brian, a cameraman.

The film follows on from Hammer’s worldwide box office hit (over $130 million at the box-office worldwide to date) The Woman in Black, which starred Daniel Radcliffe .

The Quiet Ones arrives in UK theaters on April 10th and in US theaters on April 25th from Lionsgate.

Sam Claflin will be also soon on the big screen in Love, Rosie, Posh and later in The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 and 2.
