Noah‘s English actor Douglas Booth will be Charles Bingley in Pride and Prejudice and Zombies.

The movie, based on Seth Grahame-Smith novel is the Jane Austen’s classic tale of the tangled relationships between lovers from different social classes in 19th century England, faced with a new challen: an army of undead zombies.

Written by David O. Russell (Silver Linings Playbook, American Hustle) and direted by Burr Steers (17 Again, Pulp Fiction) in the cast, alongside Booth also Jack Huston (Night Train To Lisbon, American Hustle, The Longest Ride) as Mr. Wickham, Lily James (Dowton Abbey, Cinderella) as Elizabeth Bennet (Natalie Portman was originally cast for the role but she dropped out due to scheduling conflicts and she remains as a producer), Sam Riley (On The Road, Maleficent) and Bella Heathcote (In Time).

The movie will be produced by the American Cross Creek Pictures and distribuited by Universal Pictures.
