English heartthrobs Ed Westwick, aka Chuck Bass, has landed as Kent, a twisted serial killer who preys on young woman who have come to Los Angeles looking for a little bit of success and popularity, in the new ABC‘s drama pilot L.A. Crime.

The series explores different eras in Los Angeles crimes history and in the first season,  L.A. Crime: The Sunset Strip, Los Angels cops Jack Roth (Adam Rothenberg, Ripper Street) and Paco Contreras (Gabriel Luna, Matador) search for Bonnie and Clyde – esque serial killers terrorizing the Sunset Strip, amid the rock and roll, coke-infused revelry of the 1980s.

Filming for the pilot will begin in Los Angeles on March 16, 2015
