Broadway Records and Tony Award® Productions announced that the 3rd annual Tony Awards® Season Compilation album will be released on June 14th. Available on CD (now available for pre-order at www.BroadwayRecords.com) and digitally; the album featured each musical from the 2018-2019 season, including the 2019 Tony nominated musicals and includes also a bonus track to honor the late Marin Mazzie‘s Special Tony Award.
Tony Awards Productions and Broadway Records are giving fans the opportunity to choose many of the songs for the album from a selection of the participating shows here, including Ain’t Too Proud; Be More Chill; Beetlejuice; Gettin’ The Band Back Together; Hadestown; Head Over Heels; Kiss Me, Kate; Oklahoma!; Pretty Woman; The Cher Show; The Prom; Tootsie and more. All submissions must be received by 10:00 pm Sunday, May 19th.
The cover art, as for the previous two covers, features a specially commissioned Tony season illustration by Justin Robertson and the packaging will include an essay by noted musical theatre historian Mark A. Robinson as well as details about each of the participating shows.

The American Theatre Wing’s 73rd Annual Tony Awards, hosted by James Corden, will air on the CBS Television Network on Sunday, June 9, 2019 live from Radio City Music Hall in New York City.
